Young left-back/left-sided centre half, who has progressed through the Eastleigh academy ranks and reserve side during the 2010/11 season. Ben played 28 league and cup games for the reserves last year scoring one goal.

Ben is strong in the tackle with a good left foot and has the opportunity to push on into the first team this season with the Spitfires.

The promising home-grown youngster is one of a handful of Eastleigh players to train full time as the club embarks on a change of direction for the 2011/12 season.

Ben made his first team debut in a Hampshire Senior Cup tie in October 2010 against U.S Portsmouth. Wilson made his first league start for the first team on the opening day of the 2011/12 season versus Basingstoke Town.

Joined AFC Fawley on a dual-registration in January 2012 having featured just once for the Eastleigh first team. Wilson linked up with former reserve team manager Paul Wiltshire at Fawley as did young Eastleigh midfielder Liam Hibberd.
